In this episode I speak with Su, a care manager at The CareSide, assisting and manage clients in accessing support through their home care packages. Originally from Shanghai, Su spent three years as a corporate banker before moving to Adelaide to complete her Master's degree at Flinders University in 2019, chasing her desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through social work.
