In 2019, Morgan founded Predicta Football, the 1st science-based talent identification tool for predictive recruitment in football. He helps clubs more accurately determine which young players to invest in before others. At the individual player level, he estimates young players' potential to become professionals in the future using scientific assessments of their mental, psychological, and cognitive resources.
