We talk about how Jamie used the death of his Father as fuel to stay sober and create a life he could be proud of (instead of turning back to the bottle). He talks about how giving up alcohol has vastly improved his ability to work, having been promoted since turning sober, how he has lost over 2 stone and lifts all the weights now he has all the time and energy from getting sober.
Anxiety and being present, are two major benefits of being alcohol-free and we dive into how each one has changed since we gave up alcohol for good.
