Amanda left a job at the BBC to start a high-end hot beverage business with a friend selling tea out of a Tuk-Tuk van in Lewisham Station funded with a loan from the Prince’s Trust. She started testing and perfecting her chai tea spice recipe in her own kitchen. It became popular with her own customer, and then local barristers who loved her unique blend and bought batches from her to sell in their local coffee shops.
