2.17: A Wild Walk Down Memory Lane with OG Leila Alene

In episode 2.17 hosts Jenny Nordin and Ashlyn Kauh are joined by OG Leila Alene for a wild walk down memory lane. Jenny and Leila share memories from 2016 working with some truly challenging people and dogs at another local rescue; move aside Crazy Folder, they’re going to need a File Cabinet! They remember special bully Chewber, a point of connection for the trio before they ever officially worked together. Leila shares invaluable lessons learned from her training journey with her drivey pitbull Nina, and her nine years of fostering power-breeds, highlighting her most and least favorite fosters you don’t want to miss (or meet). In Not Your 9 to 5, Jenny and Ashlyn narrate a hectic three-dog-day taking in dogs left homeless after their owner’s tragic death, and celebrate the community’s role in these rescues. The episode wraps with a previous Crazy Folder subject landing on the Shit List for more bad behavior. Tsk Tsk.

Stay tuned after the Outro for Behind the Scenes and bonus content.
