
Today is a shorter episode on why I decided to go to community college before transferring to Clemson University. Community colleges tend to have a stigma around them that you are not “smart enough” to get into a four-year university, but I looked at it as a way to get ahead of my peers in many ways. The TCEL (https://transferringcredits.app.clemson.edu/transferequivalency.php) helped me a lot to decide which classes I would take at my tech school by knowing how they would transfer over. This is specific to Clemson University, but it is important to check if your intended school has resources similar.
