Amelia (Milly) Peel is the Founder & CEO of the award winning Stable Minds CIC, she is also Head Psychotherapist at Altrincham Football Club

With the global rise of mental health challenges across all genders, ages and cultures what happened when this weeks guest sat on a bench with a rainbow coloured umbrella a few years ago transformed not only her life but literally thousands of others too.

Milly was suffering from her own trauma and PTSD and had re trained as a professional registered Psychotherapist.

She established and has created a safe space for individuals to go to an be heard, express how they feel whilst having professional therapy sessions, known as

'Stable Minds' - your Safe Space

Her community based CIC has grown, today it has 3 sites and even offers 'open drop ins' during the week (at set times and days) supporting over 2,000 people.

Milly and her Team have helped thousands of people and continue to grow.
