Cori and Bryan started this podcast as an activity that they and their children could do together, but alas the children grew up so now their pal Patrick is along for the ride. Come join them, as well as some special guests along the way, for some perfectly cromulent discussion about everything Simpsons. Join them as they discuss a variety of topics, and episode breakdowns where they compare their thoughts of the show growing up and seeing if their outlook has changed, as adults and parents.

Episode 103: Treehouse of Horror X or A Wizard Did It

Yes, we know it's November but we're still in a spooky mood so here is our latest Treehouse of Horror offering. We invited back our pal Mike from The Bogeyman's Closet to help us out, as we see the Simpson Family be terrorized by a mystery watcher, a fun comic book inspired romp and the the horror surrounding unpreparedness during Y2K. On a quick note we had some problems with Patrick's mic at the beginning but luckily we got it fixed about 3 minutes in.

Of course we bring you some nonsense as well including but not limited to the following:

  • Edward Culligan
  • Did Patrick predict the future?
  • We do talk about X
  • Cereal talk
  • London clears up some legal questions
  • A mysteriously missing party from the Romper Room Shoutout
  • Patrick has a Hello Therapist moment
  • Horrible vinyl Halloween costumes
  • What was in the Adults Only section at video stores, anyways
  • Looking back on our Y2K experiences

Our Recommendations

Patrick: Season 36 Premiere of the Simpsons & Woman of the Hour on Netflix

Mike: Retro Realms Arcade & The Silent Hill 2 Remake Cori: Tara and Mike's Weddning, the film Saturday Night Bryan: Also Saturday Night & Face Off: Inside The NHL on Amazon Prime

* Make sure to check out our guest Mike's on his other podcasts, The Bogeyman's Closet, Raised By Rentals, Count Kreppyhead's Saturday Morning Monster Mash on Rad Pantheon (https://linktr.ee/radpantheon) or wherever you find your podcasts.
