On this episode, we spoke about the value of creative work. We often get advice like "work harder" or "never stop the hustle", but that advice is vague and not helpful at all. Infact, it might be harmful.

We tend to work ourselves continually the point of burn out. How do you produce high quality work if you feel terrible?

You can't. And in our conversation, Satej shares with us his philosophy on producing great work. Trust me, this advice is much better than "work harder"
