For our third episode of Smoking Section, we chatted with Vancouver-based multidisciplinary designer, developer, and DJ T1NG T1NG. We discussed the importance of platforms like Eastern Margins, Genome 6.66mbp, and Shanghai Community Radio in sharing a global understanding of Asians in the diaspora, the power of building Asian diasporic communities around both shared interests and shared values, the immersive world building of video games like Dark Souls, and the beauty of experiencing memories through cooking and communing around food.
