On this podcast recording I had the pleasure of speaking to Caroline Smith and Nina Farmer - Caroline is a Dental Hygiene/Therapist in the North East with a passion for functional health. As a dual-qualified Nutritionist, she educates patients on evidence-based diet and lifestyle interventions to stabilize gum disease and prevent decay. She also supports TMD-related pain using diet, lifestyle, breathing techniques, manual therapy, and targeted orofacial exercises, offering services both in her clinic and online. Nina, a Dental Therapist since 2013 and Nutritional Therapist since 2019, combines her passion for holistic patient care in clinical practice, workshops, and lectures. She serves as a clinical educator for NSK’s Ikigai Oral Hygiene community, is part of TePe's clinical education team, and is a key opinion leader for LM.
