Last year, we created a piece called Hi, I'm Mattie which delved into the abuse Matthew Cavan received after going public with his HIV status in Northern Ireland. The creation of the piece was slow and difficult over the course of three months while our producer Alexander worked on a larger installation about people living with HIV in Northern Ireland for the Outburst Arts festival called GLRY. In this interview, we talk about what Hi, I'm Mattie means to Matthew a year later.
