In today's episode we interview Colombian cook Jesus, who discusses with us his life triumphs and struggles living as an immigrant in Tobago. He explains the living cost of his wages and how he manages to still support his wife and children in Venezuela and his food truck stand in Colombia. He also mentions the exchange rate of USD into Colombian and Venezuelan currency while talking about his dreams of expanding his food-stand into a restaurant. Finally, we spend the last day relaxing at Storebay beach with the aunties and mama Smart before heading back on the ferry to Trinidad.
