We are all selling something in life. Whether as an employee or business owner, if we have to sell, we must be intentional about it. Selling your talents requires confidence, belief in your abilities, and effective communication skills.

Embrace the role of a salesperson, but approach it from a place of authenticity and service. Understand the unique value you bring to the table and articulate it with conviction. If you don't curate the narrative, the world will create it for you.
Plus, money navigates towards value, and value is a function of what you can do. How can people know about it if you don't talk about it?
