It’s not surprising that about 60 percent of the people applying for a job think that they haven’t been treated fairly during their job search. A survey found that when job seekers have a bad experience, about 42% of them would never apply to that company again and 22% said they would tell others not to apply either. And people even report that they stop buying a company’s products if they feel that the company treated them poorly.
