Tina Donovan is passionate about helping children and adults understand the power of genuine connection. Growing up in a time when children were expected to be “seen and not heard,” she experienced the lasting effects of limited emotional connection—what’s known as transgenerational trauma. Drawing on her personal experiences, counseling background, and research, Tina helps others recognize and overcome these patterns. Her mission is to guide individuals and families toward stronger communication, empathy, and meaningful connection.
