In this episode, I talk about my weekend trip to Kesennuma, a quiet seaside town in northern Miyagi, Japan. While supporting my child’s summer karate camp, I enjoyed a 1500-meter open water swim at the crystal-clear Kodanohama Beach, a bike ride to the dramatic Tatsumaizaki cliffs, and a trail run along the coast.
