Quando pensamos em Brasil, o drinque nacional mais famoso não fica de fora da grande lista de coisas que lembramos. De norte a sul do Brasil, em todos os lugares você vai encontrar a famosa Caipirinha! Hoje, vou ensinar o passo-a-passo desse drinque tropical e refrescante, incrivelmente fácil e que tem gosto de carnaval.

Vamos começar pelos

INGREDIENTES

Você vai precisar de:

  • 1 limão com bastante suco.
  • 1 dose de cachaça
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
  • cubos de gelo a gosto

COMO FAZER:

  • Corte as pontas do limão
  • Corte o limão ao meio no sentido ponta a ponta
  • Faça um corte em V para retirar a parte central e jogue esse miolo fora, pois essa parte faz a caipirinha adquirir um sabor um pouco amargo.
  • Corte o limão em pedaços menores
  • Misture o limão e o açúcar em um copo
  • Amasse suavemente a mistura com um pilão
  • Acrescente o gelo
  • Complete com a cachaça
  • Misture tudo com uma coqueteleira, em seguida sirva
