In this episode, we’re diving into something so many of us can relate to—the sad girl days that creep in, leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just a little lost. I’ll be sharing my own experience of navigating these heavy days, and being real about the fact that I’m still on my healing journey with fear. Spoiler: I don’t have all the answers, and I’m okay with that. Healing isn’t a straight line, and it’s definitely not a “one size fits all” journey. Some days are dark, and that’s okay. But it’s what we do after those days that matters. We’ll talk about how to embrace your sad moments, let them pass, and come back stronger, finding the routines and practices that help you bounce back and feel like yourself again.
