Slam the Gavel welcomes Tanawah M. Downing to the podcast. Tanawah is a Chief Legal Strategist and Civil Rights Advocate. Being aware of people suffering and in need of help, Tanawah, after going through a divorce himself, recognized the need for laws to change. It has been eight years since he as seen or spoken to his children.
We talked about the deprivation of rights under the color of law of parents. The 13th Amendment explains very much what is wrong with the law in that the terms "slavery" and "prisoner" is synonymous with each other. Parents are deprived of their rights every day by not only CPS but Judges as well.
The We Shall Be Free Tour will begin once the case is docketed. However, the clerk of court at the U.S. Supreme Court is refusing to docket. This is obstruction of justice and a crime. The people in the U.S. need to hear the truth and understand that these are rights that are guaranteed and the moment you take a right from one, you take it from all and no longer a freedom. But only an illusion of freedom.
Tanawah explained how this will be handled. When people are silent, they give their consent. People must speak up and speak out. When government is silent that is an indication of guilt. Once the clerk steps aside, this will be handed to the justices, the tour will be started. There will be press conferences and rallies in every state Capitol and the tour will circle the whole country. This is the opportunity for people to tell their story. People need to speak out on the egregious acts that were done to them and this gives them the opportunity to be heard.
