In this week's episode, we sit down with Emily Gardner, a registered nurse and founder of Em Wellness, an integrative health practice that is on a mission to get to the root cause of your chronic acne, hormonal problems like PCOS, PMS or missed periods, thyroid dysfunction, or gut issues. Emily shares her acne healing journey, and like many of us, she thought the only answer to clear skin was harsh topicals, suppressants, and Accutane. After going through her own experience with acne and getting to its root cause, Emily is now on a mission to help others due the same using functional lab testing and personalized protocols.
