Sixers Fix with Scott Ninnis - Episode 7 #NBL22
We are back with Sixers Fix with Scott Ninnis and just in time for a big Adelaide 36ers weekend away to the Tasmania JackJumpers and home to Melbourne United while also catching up with CJ Bruton for Ask the Coach thanks to Sports Card World. Co-hosts Chris Pike and Scott Ninnis discuss the last two Adelaide 36ers matches against Melbourne United and the Illawarra Hawks, and break down what is working and what might need some improving moving forward. We also give our votes in the Premium Wine Tours Player of the Year Award while Scott gives his thoughts too on the form of Cam Bairstow, Sunday Dech and Dusty Hannahs, the injury to Isaac Humphries and thoughts on Kai Sotto. It's then time for our Ask the Coach segment thanks to Sports Card World. We catch up with Adelaide 36ers head coach CJ Bruton to discuss being in Hobart to play the JackJumpers, the COVID break, coaching in front of his legendary dad Cal and then we get to the listener's questions. Topics covered include Cam Bairstow's form, Sunday Dech's shooting, what CJ's wish would be for this team and also what he would tell his 15-year-old self if he could. Scott Ninnis is then back to preview the upcoming games for the 36ers to come against the Tasmania JackJumpers on Friday and at home to Melbourne United on Sunday. We also compare the Adelaide 36ers and Perth Wildcats all-time teams and predict a winner should they play one another. It's all made possible thanks to the support of Australian Motors Mitsubishi (www.australianmotors.com.au), Sports Card World (www.sportscardworld.com.au), AllStar Photos (www.allstarphotos.com.au) and Premium Wine Tours (www.premiumwinetours.com.au).
