The link between trust, ethics and good governance
It was only after reading the King Report a few years ago that I personally understood the importance of good governance in an organization and the role that risk and compliance played. Levern Forley, is Risk and Complaince Officer at the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund (EPPF) and by listening to her speak about her work and the environment that she is in, you hear the deep passion and pride that she has - and willingness to share her knowledge. An advocate for wellness, women taking ownership of their lives and careers, Levern trusts the journey she is on and the way that it is unfolding.
