Peace of mind comes from acceptance. If you cannot change it, learn to accept it and keep it going. When we speak of acceptance we're not talking about giving up. Acceptance is acknowledging and embracing your present experience whilst being fully aware of your reality. If we teach ourselves to accept things or situations sooner we will learn to be more open to challenges in life and not be frightened by them.
