3 Ways to be happy with yourself

3 Ways to be happy with yourself as told by Synquette

Forget about all those new year's resolutions, this is the only list you need as we talk ways to be happy with yourself in 2022.

1. Constantly take inventory of yourself- think about the week you had a celebrate your small wins- I know for me I have a door dash problem so instead of me not door dashing just about everyday this week I only door dashed twice this week so kudos to me and I know my bank account is also happy so that’s why I say celebrate your wins big and small, oh another thing, I reached 70k views on my YouTube channel and I’m celebrating that because I know how far I came being shy faced on camera and all that jazz but I felt who I was becoming was worth the feelings of being uncomfortable

2. My number 2 way of being happy with yourself is to constantly do something that challenges you, a part of life is overcoming obstacles and situations, people places and things, even Miley Cyrus had a song called it’s the climb so creating a goal and setting out to achieve that goal is a good thing but actually achieving that goal is even better. You begin to build self reliance in yourself and realizing a strength inside of yourself that you may have not known was there and if you are a Christian it’s in those challenging times you actually develop a deeper relationship with God, when your trying to achieve something or you feel alone you really will learn that God is with you wherever you go and in everything you learn to find Him to be a faithful friend when everybody else be hating, but yes do something that challenges you and over come it, for example  now I know most of us are lazy myself included, I was thinking about a way to create a mask that you can just lay on your face and bam your make up is done, or ways that I can put on some glasses that can magically suck the contacts out your eyes because you are already comfortable in bed- but in order to be happy with yourself you have to do set a goal out for yourself so you can achieve it, and when you do you’ll be so proud of yourself and when your proud of yourself you are happy with yourself, so for example me, this year I want to work on my flexibility I want to be able to do a split and I high kick just in case there’s a zombie apocalypse I’ll be able to defend myself I can do a round house kick to the head, And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Gen 11:6

3. Change your perspective, I often feel that people who aren’t happy with themselves or their life are meditating/ thinking a lot about the things that they feel are wrong with their lives instead of finding things they can be grateful for in the present or even in the past, like the job or jobs you got in the past, God’s grace, my mom had to remind me about this recently , oh and the weight you are now is somebody’s goal weight like when I watch my 600lb life after they get their surgery they are so happy to get down their weight to the weight you maybe today so you have to change your perspective – oh I have a printer and I’m like grateful for that
