What are Dreams?

What are Dreams?
What are dreams, and why do we have them? Why do we dream? What is this experiment of hallucinating while asleep? Are my dreams clairvoyant or ominous in nature? Are they just little movies of my memories? How exactly do they work? I have answered these questions in this episode and also given examples of dreams of not only my own but of various other people (with their prior permission). Oh, and I have also talked about nightmares, a few examples of them and all. This episode of my podcast is set to be the start of a fascinating series of episodes on the human mind.
