Obviously we had to get some insights into Saints in the '40s. Those railway bells were a donation from his father so his heritage is firm at the school.

Living in Ladybrand, Charan has had a tremendous career in motorcycling inclusive of winning the Motal division of the Dakar Rally. He came to speak to the boys in chapel so naturally we grabbed him too while we could.
