No, building a brand is not just for entrepreneurs! In today's society a lot of different brands and companies view your instagram profile as a form of an online résumé. Let's take a look at that today and see what things we can do to continue to build our brand and make it truly fit us!

It can be so hard living in a society that prioritizes party culture and going out on weekends. I am someone who is not a big fan of partying or going out on weekends. In this episode I talk about the struggles of prioritizing yourself over the wants of others. Party culture is so evident from the ages of 15-25 (I think) and being someone who isn't interested in that lifestyle can be hard especially when your friends pressure you into it or make you feel left out for not participating. I want us as a whole to work on prioritizing our peace and knowing that there are people out there who will support you no matter what!

I have struggled with my body image for as long as I can remember, and I have gotten a lot of requests to make an episode on this topic but have been putting it off as long as I can. The truth is I was scared to make this episode, and when someone is talking about body image it is so easy to say something that will completely resonate with one person and completely anger someone else. Body image is not an easy thing to talk about or open up about, but I try to talk about it some in this episode and the mindset behind it all. I want you all to leave this episode knowing that body image positivity or negativity is a mindset and a muscle you have to continue to work to grow, and confidence does not come from change it is something you have to work to find now!

Y'all, my minor at my school is Social Media Management. Social media can be so toxic and half the time I just want to take a week long break! I'm currently in that state, and I am so sorry I haven't been posting much on the podcast instagram lately I have just been SO worn out! Taking a social media detox is okay and it's okay to admit that you need a break from it. Social media can be so time consuming and it causes us to turn our brains off from the world around us in a way that is not beneficial to our mental health. I hope this episode helps remind you that there is a world outside of social media and it is okay to take time away from it and not be accessible 24/7! Thank you all so much for listening

Women's clothing sizes are so annoying sometimes. My size changes from store to store, and that can make online shopping a nightmare. Not only that but not all brands are size inclusive. They may offer bigger sizes, but sometimes those sizes come with a price increase. Listen in today to an interview with Bethany Husni, the owner of 3125llc. 3125 is an online sorority shop with a wide variety of sizes all offered at the same price!
