Don chats to recently appointed external member of the Prudential Committee Member of the Bank Of England Marjorie Ngwenya. Marjorie is an actuary, coach, speaker, consultant and non-executive director who is passionate about personal development.
She is a Past President of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), headquartered in the UK. She was elected by the IFoA Council to become the first president based outside the UK. She is also the youngest president in the organisation’s 160 year history, the third female and the first person of colour.
