Now for our first podcast episode of 2025 – episode 9 – we meet with Dr Minal Bakhai, National Director for Primary Care Transformation at NHS England. As a GP herself, Minal tells us about her experiences of working at the coalface of primary care. We hear about the challenges of health inequalities for under-served communities, as well as the opportunities that digital health provides to level the playing field of health outcomes. She also tells us about her very personal motivation for doing the work she does, and how the world of digital transformation needs more people from diverse backgrounds.
