For our third episode, we’re joined by Dr Lia Ali, Clinical Adviser in the Transformation Directorate of NHS England, and Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Lia helps us navigate that frequently asked question of what a “portfolio career” is, and how you might get one. She takes us through a no-holds-barred description of the challenges she has faced, but also the positive enablers and the people who have helped her along the way.
