Carl is a mechanical engineer and the founder and president of Frontier Power Systems.  He is one of the leading experts in wind and alternate energy in Canada and brings 35 years of experience to the field. Carl started his career in wind energy at the Atlantic Wind Test Site in North Cape P.E.I., and has since become one of the most sought-after consultants in the industry.  Carl started Frontier Power Systems with the goals of reducing small communities’ reliance on diesel fuel, building capacity and bringing local jobs to remote communities, thereby helping increase the resilience and self-sufficiency in these communities.
