Words are important, in many ways, but we are talking about the hollow words that are not backed up by actions today. Integrity is everything, and when the words don't match the actions, you need to look at that and decide if it is serving you. Doesn't matter if it is a love relationship, a friendship or in a professional setting, the words are nothing without the follow through in actions!
