Lesley is an internationally accredited coach and has studied freestyle fitness yoga, NLP Masters and various alternative therapies over the years.
Her mission is to create a safe space for the movement of female sovereignty that acts as a vehicle for exponential growth in your life and business.
Lesley is from the United Kingdom and travelled to a number of countries as a child. After settling back in England, she worked for the National Health Service for over 8 years in a number of Health Care Services including managing service for the elderly, learning disability, complex behaviour and Autism. After leaving the non-profit sector she then moved into supporting private corporate care companies and began running successful businesses at Director level. After over a decade in working in this sector, managing, mentoring, coaching and teaching employees, she then decided to launch her own private coaching business for soul-hearted coaches, consultants and wellness professionals.
Lesley’s passion is to guide female leaders to act on their heart-centred mission in a truly aligned way that turns their passion into a profitable business. Along the way Lesley has studied female health (hormones, pro-metabolic approaches and cyclical living).
