If you’re constantly picking your body apart because it’s never good enough; it wil never be good enough

Realizing that confidence transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it’s a gradual transition
How she has exercised 4-5 days a week throughout MCATs and medical school because she can’t afford NOT to make the time
