He is a consultant for GX Sciences, focusing on the interaction between genes and nutrition. Dr. Carsrud is a nationally recognized lecturer on integrative and functional nutrition and was awarded the 2023 Cessna Award for contributions to Clinical Research and Practice by the ACA-CDID.
