Nutrition above the neck can be applied to all who are challenged with mental health issues. We will explore the impact of various assaults on gut health and its effect on mental health. Factors such as inadequate nutrition, environmental toxins, mycotoxins, micronutrient deficiencies, parasites & dysbiosis, heavy metal exposure, and food sensitivities will be examined. Dr. Carsrud holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic, an MBBS, and a Ph.D. with a dissertation on nutritional endocrinology.
