
When we talk about "body love," it often implies an expectation to adore every inch of ourselves, embracing an unshakeable positivity. However, for many, this can feel like an unattainable goal. On the flip side, "body respect" is a different approach. It involves acknowledging and appreciating our bodies for what they are and what they do, without the pressure to constantly adore every part.
