Happy Women’s History Month! We are kickstarting the month with Ella Mische, who is an award-winning director, actress, producer, and writer, running her production company, Galileo Films. She recently directed a short film called Harfa that will premiere as part of FIVE , the documentary film series that follows the journey of five women from five countries across the globe who have each set out to start a purpose-driven business to improve and uplift their communities, commissioned by Mastercard. In Ella’s short film, Harfa, she follows the entrepreneurial spirit of Irena Orlovic who builds Harfa, a publishing house, inspired by her searching for ways to teach her young daughter with a developmental disability in their native language. When you watch it, it’s very heartwarming for sure.
