Iesha has found incredible success as a VoiceOver Artist http://ieshanyree.com though she still feels the awkward silence and glances that come with telling people what she does for a living. A big value Iesha adds to VoiceOver projects is her background in Corporate America finance, specifically in Leadership Development. Iesha helps clients improve their e-learning scripts and their commercial copy and content because her previous career experience and education included all of that. As a #PeoplePleaser, Iesha found time and time again, people were dissatisfied and she struggled to make them happy and find peace for herself. When a layoff and a divorce happened back to back, she finally decided to choose herself and focus on her own definition of happiness and success. Iesha talks about the Obstacle of setting boundaries, breaking the people pleasing habit, and being accomplished in a career that many say they want to do but few find true success.
