In this episode of Sharin' with Erinn, we look at the case of Cohen v. Brown University which begged the question of violation of Title IX. I talk about the main facts of the case including some interesting history about Brown University's intercollegiate athletics program. These facts help set the scene for the ultimate decision of the Court as well as the ramifications this case has in sports today.
