In his last corporate assignment, he was the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Leadership Development for a 20 Billion USD Global Technology Firm. He formulated and implemented strategy for 23 Industry Domains and groomed 350 leaders for top leadership roles, including 27 CEOs.
