What happens when an article singling out members of the LGBTQ is published in a highly conservative country, the article forms a type of hitlist. The unauthorized Ugandan newspaper called the Rollingstone (not associated with the American magazine) published an article in 2010 entitled "Pictures of Uganda's Top 100 Homos" and stamped on the cover image was a message saying "hang them" so it is no surprise that this publication had terrible ramifications in a country where homosexuality is against the law.
