As Arto's sexual exploration continues, he explains how he chooses to navigate risk, trust, communication, and affective responsibility - taking into account the well being of others when making decisions. Arto ultimately decides to get on PrEP, a medication used to significantly reduce the transmission of HIV, and describes his experience in Berlin.
