The Art of Saying No!

Saying yes or no in regards to responding to any life situation is clearly based on one's personal choice and preferences. "No" is just a one-word response, however, it's very intriguing to realize that most of the time individuals become subject to the influence of their surroundings, and so trapped in the societal perception that as much as the response is supposed to come with clarity, it might not. Especially when it comes to having rights over your own body and emotions, how often do we take a stand for what matters to us? How often do we set boundaries for ourselves and communicate about it honestly to our partners? And what other factors could possibly influence our response and our choices? Moreover, should giving a simple one-word answer as NO, be an art that one should actually learn in order to live the life one actually deserves? Let's find out.
