How do you see me?

We all are very familiar with the most popular saying “ Don't judge a book by its cover." The saying might have started to sound cliché perhaps due to its overuse but let’s not all forget the depth the saying holds. To what extent have we actually imbibed the teaching this saying provides? Are we way too conscious about how others see us and are our physical appearance the only thing that matters? Have we let others' opinions influence our thinking about ourselves, be it either positively or negatively? Well, we indeed have lots of questions we are trying to find answers to and we can’t wait to invite our guests for today’s episode to answer the questions surrounding body positivity.
