This episode reviews the topic of Carbohydrates, including: monomers, polymers, condensation and hydrolysis reactions. I also discuss the structure of monosaccharides, disaccharides and polysaccharides and the relationship between their structure and their function. This episode is suitable for all examination boards but more specifically geared to AQA A-Level Biology.
