Dr. Mo is an Author, Trauma Counselor, Educator, and a Self Edit Expert. She is the founder of The Self Edit Agency and designed Self Edit Experience to teach women how to heal themselves so they can heal their tribe and put an end to transgenerational trauma from mother to child.
She began writing as a child, she found it to be her voice. Today, as a therapeutic practice and exploration towards healing and mindfulness she teaches the importance of journaling.
Her primary intention is empowering communities through literature, language, and effective growth habits that will sustain their ability to thrive.
