Catherine has been in the wellness world for over a decade. She was first introduced to wellness by her Mum through yoga.
She then took her love for yoga to the next level in 2018 and received her Yoga Teachers Training in Traditional Hindu Hatha Yoga.
With teaching and practicing Pranayamas, she began to get curious about the power of breathing. The Wim Hoff Method took her interest and she began practicing it daily.
Feeling the positive effects of breathwork, in 2021 she received her Breathwork Facilitator training with Ashley Ludman in beautiful Costa Rica.
She is now based on Vancouver Island where she spends her time facilitating breathwork and as an organic flower farmer.
