Welcome back to 'Off the Record' - which is a new series where I just speak about interesting , relevant topics that are relevant with various guest(s). This particular conversation was inspired by a catch up with couple like minded people such as Sakky from @zerotodesign where we discussed the pros and cons of working in either corporate company or a start up.

More people coming outside of university are taking the 'unconventional' route of either joining start ups or creating a company of their own and the younger generation are traditionally more willing to take risks and pave their own path. That's the kind of content we discuss in this episode podcast - along with future of work , job trends and where will Artificial Intelligence take us.
